- Familiarity with ClearDent software is an asset.
- Equipment: digital sensor/plate radiographs, Cavitron SPS Select units, PureVac, PPE gowns supplied, etc.
- A full time sterilization and operatory assistant available.
- Patient centered care: RDH, DDS and reception collaborate to schedule/determine best hygiene frequency and number of time units to suit individual client needs.

- Non-corporate business (independently owned and operated for over 30 years). We offer individualized client focused care. We have low team turnover unlike many corporate DSOs. We do not have non-dental/non-clinical corporate administrators or absent corporate managers dictate procedures, policy, criticize or offer feedback.
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8am-4pm
- Wednesday 1pm-7pm (either Wednesday or Tuesday evening - TBD)
- Friday 7am-12pm
Qualifications:
- Valid Alberta RDH license and CPR. Must be in good standing with provincial licensing body
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Computer proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of dental hygiene experience
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Excellent hand skills/gentle
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients
Duties:
- Perform examinations and all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride and discuss tooth whitening as well as other dental procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and importance of regular visits
- Take radiographs
- Document patient care and treatment plans in ClearDent software
- Maintain sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment to ensure patient safety.
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while constantly maintaining ethical and professional behavior.
