Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, as well as strong communication skills to educate patients about their oral health.

Duties

Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Should be adept at performing restorative procedures using composite resin in simple and complex conditions.
Manage pediatric patients with a gentle approach to ensure a positive experience.
Utilize CAD technology for designing dental restorations.
Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient treatment plans.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
A compassionate approach towards pediatric patients is highly desirable.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
