North Vancouver Dentistry and Implant Centre is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and friendly hygienist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a great knowledge of dental hygiene practices, caring towards patient needs, a team player and someone who is willing to learn and grow as our practice grows. We are looking for someone who is able to work part time with an opportunity for full time position in the future.

Part-Time Dental Hygienist - BC Certified

Schedule:

*Fridays 8am to 4pm

*Saturdays 8:30am to 3pm

Possible Mondays 8am to 4pm and more days as the office grows in the future.

Location: North Vancouver, BC

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about providing high-quality care and are eager to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including but not limited to cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments.
Conduct periodontal assessments and care for periodontal patients. Knowledge and experience with perio patients is a great asset.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, health conditions, and preventive care.
Assist the dentist in other procedures as needed.
Keep detailed records of patient care, booking next re-care and restorative work using Tracker software is an asset but we are willing to train.
Utilize Lumina or iTero scanning technology (experience is an asset), but we are willing to train.

Qualifications:

Certified Dental Hygienist in British Columbia.
Experience with Tracker dental software is preferred. We are open to training and will support you in learning the system if needed.
Experience in treating periodontal patients and understanding periodontal care.
Experience with Lumina or iTero scanning technology is an asset.
Friendly, approachable, and great with patients of all ages.
Passion for educating patients about oral health, conditions, and preventive care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuing education and improving skills.
