Duties

Perform comprehensive examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide a wide range of services, including preventive care (cleanings, sealants), restorative treatments (fillings, crowns), and extractions, ensuring high-quality care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to empower them in managing their dental health.
Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient experiences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using practice management software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current dental license in Alberta, with no disciplinary actions
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in general dentistry preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in various dental procedures and familiarity with dental practice management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $125,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
