Job Posting: Part-Time Dental Hygienist (Potential Full-Time Transition)

We’re expanding and looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to move into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene treatments, including scaling, polishing, fluoride varnish application, and patient education to ensure optimal oral health.
Take digital x-rays, assess patient health, and offer tailored recommendations for preventive care.
Oral Cancer screening
Educate patients about their oral health, procedures, and hygiene practices.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of dental professionals to ensure a positive patient experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our digital system (AbelDent).
Assist with other office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Ontario.
Previous dental office experience preferred (new grads are welcome to apply).
Comfort with the latest dental technology and digital record-keeping.
Knowledge of Soft Tissue Management and Laser Bacterial Reduction is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for patient care.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
