Duties
- Perform comprehensive examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide a wide range of services, including preventive care (cleanings, sealants), restorative treatments (fillings, crowns), and extractions, ensuring high-quality care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to empower them in managing their dental health.
- Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using practice management software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current dental license in Alberta, with no disciplinary actions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in general dentistry preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in various dental procedures and familiarity with dental practice management systems.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
