Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Conduct various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
Utilize dental software such as PowerPractice for patient records management and appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $103,157.73-$391,297.92 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
